| Today was awesome. Because we had an assembly in 4th (well we had double 4th, first half assembly second half World Studies) and a pep rally after 7th, we had really short classes. And since the drama people did the "The Farmer and the Cowman Should be Friends" dance at the pep rally, I got out of Mr. Bucci's class ten minutes early. (I have him seventh and he's the worst teacher EVER. Almost worse than Mrs. Jones, for those of you who had her at Wood.) My alarm clock went off at 1:30 AM this morning, and I was rather surprised. Then I turned it down, so I didn't wake up till 5:50 (20 minutes late) so my mom just gave me 2 bucks for lunch, so I spent one on Pop-Tarts and saved the other for after school (we had dancing and acting until five). The pep rally was actually pretty fun. Michael made John take a bunch of pictures of me, but because I was facing away from the Junior's section of the bleachers, they're mostly of my back. But yeah, so we made a pretty redneckish time with the dance ^.^ twas ler fuzzness. Then we had rehearsal from 2:30 till 3:30, but it ran till 4:30. But then we had a 30- or 45-minute break in which we hung out with the techies that were there (Connie, Bev, Mike, John, Greg, and Armrest) outside since it was about 74 degrees out. (At lunch we went outside and played Frisbee.) I climbed a tree and skipped around the school lawn with Marshall. We also techied for a bit (just moving boards and such) but then we had practice for another half hour. Then we left, got home bout six, I wrote this, and now I'm gonna take a walk around the block. Night night! | | |
| How come nobody comments? It's like nobody loves me anymore :( Oh well.
So, today was strange. Because Michael has been writing about demonicness in his Tech journal (I know, we have to have a journal for Tech class, stupid, yes?) and Mr. Bucci thought it showed "violent, disturbed tendencies" and so in 4th period we got this lil purple notice for Michael. He had to leave. He didn't know why. He was back at lunch, and he said that Mr. Bucci sent his journal to the people at Guidance, who now think Michael has mental issues. Which isn't true, he just likes writing about demonicness. Michael said he had to go back for 5th period. He must've been upset because he was cursing his head off, which he normally doesn't do. So I was like, Fine I'll see you in sixth period. In fifth period (gym) we have switched from one of my favorite sports (hockey) to one of the most tiresome (badminton). It sucks. Then I went to sixth period. Michael was not there. He wasn't there at seventh either, which sucks because we had to build our tower thingies (7th period is Tech). And I was like, Mr Bucci I can't do my tower because for some STRANGE reason my partner isn't here.
I guess he missed the sarcasm.
Then we had drama practice and did the Farmer and the Cowman dance thing. Two funny things happened, both having to do with Andy. The first one is that in the Farmer and the Cowman dance, all the Farmers and the Cowmen turn on the nearest Cowman or Farmer and start fighting them. Which is fun. Andy is a Cowman, and his nearest Farmer is Torres. So they pretended to smack each other for a bit, and then Andy picked Torres up, turned him upside down, and started shaking him. Which he was still doing when Aunt Eller fired the gun which makes us all stop fighting.
The other one (part of the dance) is when some of the girls and all the boys line up in two lines in front of us left out people, partner up, and square dance. They have to link arms and skip in a circle and all of that. Andy got paired with Elizabeth which (for those of you who don't know) was pretty funny, because Andy is about 6 foot 3 inches and Elizabeth is about 4 foot 8. So instead of linking arms and skipping, he just picked her up and twirled in a circle. That was pretty hilarious.
When Mother Dearest came, I told her what happened to Michael. She told me I should call him. The only problem is, I can't. Michael's parents don't know his demonic side, and if his dad picked up the phone he might start yelling at me about it being my influence. That was annoying.
I have to go study; I have four quizzes tomorrow. Night night!
| Yes, I haven't posted in a long time. I've been busy. Guess what? In drama yesterday, Peggy, Tessa, Andy, Marshall, Becky, Jo, Elliot, Torres, Greg, and AJ were bored. So Peggy, Tessa, Jo and I made a Cuddle Puddle on the floor. (A Cuddle Puddle is when four people lay on the ground with their heads on each other's tummies, and people join in from there.) Andy thought it looked like a swastika, which if you turn backwards is the Indian symbol for peace or good luck or something. So we turned our legs sideways to make this good luck symbol thing, and Jo took a picture. Then Andy, Greg, Marshall, Elliot, and Torres made a star (they sat down so their upper bodies were the points and their legs were the connecting things) and Tessa sat in the middle. And Jo took a picture of that. Then we felt like being strange, so we spelled out "Sexy" with people. But we did it vertically, which is harder. For instance, for the X and the Y, Elliot stood against the wall bent over like he was bowing, and Marshall lay on his back with his legs up against the wall. The only difference was for the Y Elliot's legs were together. Then we did the E. I was the lightest, so I was the top two horizontal bars. Elliot was the bottom bar. Andy was the vertical bar, so he had to grab me around the waist and hold me up while I stuck out my arms and legs and they took the picture. My ribs hurt for a while after that. Then Torres and Greg did the S. Tessa and some other person made an exclamation point to go with it. Then we made a human pyramid. And as soon as Jo sends me the pictures, I'm putting them on here.
Have a nice day! | | |
| I haven't updated in a while. Guess what? We're reading Romeo and Juliet in English. Joy joy. The upside of that is that on Friday we're having a "masquerade ball" (basically just a free day woohoo) and we get to make our own masks O.o
Tis ler fuzzness, no?
Michael is teaching me how to fence, which is fun but since we're using random bamboo and no hand guards, my fingers are pretty scratched up.
Yesterday I was stuck after school and so I hung out with Mike and Ian. First, we watched Mike die to Nick's Squirrel deck (they were playing Magic) which was unusual, because Mike's pretty good at Magic and almost never loses. But he says that Nick's had that deck since his freshman year and it's a really good deck. After that, Nick, Mike and I played a three way game. Mike aided me by giving my creatures flying and such fun stuff like that, but we both died. Then Nick had to leave and we got kicked out of the Library, so we went to the Drama hall and Ian, Mike, Dan and I played a four-way-game. During the game, John and Andy showed up and hung out with us. After Mike won the game, he invited me to a Magic tournament at his house on Saturday. I just hope my mom actually lets me go, because she says she doesn't like the idea of me sitting around playing Magic with a bunch of guys that are two or three years older than me *gasp*. Ay, tis annoying. Also, Michael can't go because the tournament's from 10 AM to 5 PM and his dad doesn't trust him with me for that long. Don't laugh, it's true.
Yesterday in Science we had a lab about Bernoulli's principle, which meant that we got to spend the whole period making and throwing paper airplanes.
It's my bedtime. Night night!
